Maiboroda Tile Art

Kateryna Maiboroda is a Lisbon-based artist with a background in fashion design and illustration, trained at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design. After moving to Portugal, she discovered and fell in love with the traditional art of azulejo, which became the focus of her practice. Blending centuries-old techniques with a modern sensibility, she creates bold, intricately detailed tile murals and paintings that bring a contemporary voice to this historic tradition.
