HOW TO OWN/ORDER YOUR BESPOKE TILE ARTWORK
Once you have contacted us with your requirements, we will work with you to create a concept design for your tile mural or tiled panel. You can choose a design from our portfolio, or we can create a bespoke mural based on your ideas and requirements.The design process starts from the initial planning and sketching, followed by selecting tiles samples and colours, and then concluding with the final design of your hand-painted tile mural.
We work closely with our clients during the entire process and follow through to all brief requirements. We want our clients to be fully aware of how their project is progressing at every stage to ensure they are completely satisfied with the result. After our specialists are ready with the design, we will send the designs via email or post for the client's perusal and final approval.
Once we received the final approval, our team will work on the orders. Depending on the orders, the average dispatch time is within 28 days. Please remember, due to the nature of the materials and the hand-painted process, expect to see some minor imperfections and colour variations on the tiles. These little details will add to the characteristics of the tiles and their unique charms.
